Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are significant delays in processing your order.

6. Shipping for Oversized Items
Some truck parts may qualify as oversized or freight-class items due to their weight or dimensions. Oversized items may require freight shipping, which involves longer delivery times and additional shipping charges. We will contact you if your order requires freight shipping to discuss options and costs.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost orders) or within 48 hours of receiving a damaged order.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please retain all original packaging materials and take photos of any damage for claim purposes.
