Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items without original packaging

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@klstruckparts.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Important: Do not ship returns without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., no longer needed, ordered wrong size), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Partial Refunds: Items returned in used condition or with missing packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process. If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
